My parents are at Highlandspring of Ft. Thomas. Information technology'south a skilled nursing, and and then far, all the nurses and staff have been very caring towards my parents. They were going to the hospital several times a calendar month and now they're doing amend and haven't been to the hospital in several months, and so that's practiced. The civilities are nice and pretty standard. The staff seems very friendly. I haven't tasted the food with all the COVID protocols, but my parents like the food. My daughters actually played some bingo with them and stuff like that.

My mother was at that place for rehab. She had numerous falls there and died three days afterwards the concluding fall where her back was broken and she received a concussion. Several times her needed oxygen canister ran out of O2 or was not turned on at all. Nurses seemed to be rushed and overworked most of the time.Understaffing was nigh always a trouble. Her concrete therapy rehab was good and very professional person. I would non recommend this facility. Deborah Todd

I was non impressed with Highlandspring of Fort Thomas. Overall, it'due south just mediocre. The professional staff was fine, those were the physical therapists and the nursing staff, but they were super understaffed with aides, and the food was appalling. The room I had was like a hospital room. The edifice was OK. Information technology was maintained, simply it could have improved a lot. They need to hire more staff because things were being neglected since they were understaffed. They besides need to put decent nutrient in in that location.

My mother went to Highlandspring of Fort Thomas for rehab. The place is very clean, the people are extremely knowledgeable about her problems, and they intendance. My mother doesn't feel agape. She said it'due south her dwelling house abroad from dwelling house. It's important that she feels safe at that place. To keep her busy, they accept music, different kinds of puzzles, books, bingo, and dazzler days where they go their nails and their hair done. In that location'south a lot of activities. Yesterday when I was there there was a gentleman who played the piano for the residents. They have a little chapel and church services if you lot care to become. They have a nice rehab facility, they have speech therapy, and they have a piddling bit of everything.

I visited this facility
I was at this location for a calendar month later existence in the hospital. The room I was in was very clean. The nurses aides were wonderful. Sometimes it took a few min for them to come up in but they were taking care of other patients. The rehab staff was unbelievable. When I got to this location I couldnt feed myself or even walk. They had me walking within the first calendar week or then. Still weak but they helped me regain my strength to where I was able to go habitation and continue on with my life. They were very professional but mostly caring! I would highly recommend this facility,. Cheers for everything you did.

Room had wall to wall rug which did not announced clean. Only vacuumed between patients. Facilities such as this should have hardwood floors!!! Food was mediocre- eggs were a safe bet. Meal selections had to be selected on Wednesday for the following week. How tin can y'all have any idea what y'all want to swallow that far in advance. PT and OT were professional and thorough! I was impressed with their piece of work. I did not like residents coming into my room unannounced and lost when I was in a private room.

The rooms are a piffling small. There are many activities offered to the residents. Physical therapy, dainty places to visit with residents.
